Plan Monitoring & Performance Management
The Plan Monitoring and Performance Management component of the system continuously measures user-defined data activity, provides monthly alerts on cost, compliance and enrollment trends.
Stakeholder notifications on performance goals and internal alerts are an important part of staying on track and keeping an eye on various cost and compliance factors. Design180® Monitors provide automated alerts that monitor performance and allow tracking of user-defined data activity. Currently, there are three main types of monitors that are found in the system:
- Enrollment Monitors
- Claims Monitors
- Compliance Monitors
Within each monitor type, there are various metrics and comparison periods available to alert specified activity as it relates to plan strategy goals.
Automatically triggered when the data is refreshed, monitor alerts are sent via email to a specified distribution list. Whether you want to track total cost of employee or employer cost related medical or pharmacy claims, or watch progression of a wellness initiative by tracking compliance, these monitors are useful in tracking performance. It is also a good way to share this information with those who do not have access to the Design180® system.
